Speed tests can vary from test to test, that variation was probably due to cached files, worth clearing any server / plugin caches to test. Leverage browser caching - have a look at the details on that report, its probably the Google Font API which is a request that you cannot control the browser caching. 89% is good, but its just a statistic, the real factor is how fast it loads and best to test that on real devices.
