Hi Tom. I have GP premium and I am trying to activate my add-ons on a new site. But, despite activating them through my GP account, and despite the fact that I can see the plugins activated, they don’t show up in the customizer. Am I missing something?

    Hi there,

Have you activated them in “Appearance > GeneratePress”?: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/install-activate-addons/#gp-premium

When I go the appearance -> generate press, I don’t get the table showing the list of add-ons and the activation buttons. There is a place where I can insert my email for add-on updates, but even there, there is no save button. So, I am not really sure what’s the story.

That means GP Premium most likely isn’t activated.

Go to “Plugins” in your Dashboard and find GP Premium – is it activated?

If it is, deactivate it and delete it.

Then go to your account (https://generatepress.com/account) and download a fresh copy to install and activate – something might be corrupted in your version.

I downloaded generatepress.1.3.13.zip, then uploaded it to the site, now I am getting this message

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin install failed.

I deleted everything and downloaded everything anew, and everything is working fine right now. Sorry to bother you Tom, but your advice did help. Thank you.
