I want to create a widget to search by, for exaomle “category”, but where the user can choose between all the categories I have previusly created. Like years 2018,2017…. Is it possible?.Thank you very much.

Does the default “Categories” widget not work for you? If not, you’ll likely need to find a plugin with the needed functionality.

Con el pluging Search filter te saca todas las categorias y todas las entradas quiero si es posble que solo saque las que yo quiero mostrar.

According to its documentation the search fields can be selected.
But other than that i am not too sure what else to suggest. Maybe ask in one of the Facebook WordPress groups such as Advanced WordPress group.
