    Hello Support;
    I couldn’t find this issue in support, so I apologize if this is so obvious no one has asked before; currently I have site-headers in place via Anywhere Elementor hooked into “before header” I have a menu with no items in it assigned to Primary menu using “float right” in order to have the slideout menu be the main source of navigation (and Primary menu unseen) The desired menu is assigned to slideout menu and the hamburger icon shows up on all pages to the right but below the header, occupying the full width from left to right, resulting in a gap between header and content. But I’d like to have the hamburger icon sit to the right of the red “shop now” box, on an even line with the site header.

    I’ve tried all the variations in the hooks (including placing hook inside header) and variations with placing the hamburger icon, but it seems these 2 cannot occupy the same space, the result you see is the closest I’ve been able to get so far–is there a way to move the icon up and into site-header area? Or rather where the site-header is hooked?

    I can do this with a responsive menu plugin of course, but I’d like to figure this out with GP functions if possible.
    Thanks

    Hi there,

    You could try adding an element next to the shop now button with this class: slideout-toggle

    So something like: <a href="#" class="slideout-toggle"></a>

    If that doesn’t work, it would be easier to just build your header within the theme and add the shop now button to your main navigation.

    Let me know ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thanks Tom,
    I just needed to sleep on it and your answer helped–I simply put slideout-toggle as a class ID inside a button adjacent to the “shop now” button in the AE header for element. Works great. I may end up changing it later and merging all into a secondary menu to sit in top bar–I just wanted to figure out the problem as a learning tool to better understand GP functions, so thanks, you provided the key.
    Again, I’m loving your theme.
    Regards
