I have the Premium add-on package and all add-ons enabled. I’ve also added background images to the header, body, and footer areas. Everything looks great in Firefox, but they are not showing in Safari or iOS8. I was thinking it may just be background images, but a Facebook log on one of my pages is not showing either (that’s the only normal image I have). I’ve yet to troubleshoot a successful answer, even after disabling all 3rd party plugins. Any ideas?

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
The URL to the background image is: https://s15428176.onlinehome-server.com/qns/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Caricature_edit1.jpg
When I try to access that URL – it doesn’t work.
You may need to re-set your background images so they use the updated URL.
The reason you may be seeing it still is it may be cached in your browser.
Let me know 🙂

Thanks a bunch! Simply deleting the images and re-uploading did the trick (I think).

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
Is the plugin installed and activated?
If so, you should see a “Background Images” panel in “Appearance > Customize”.
Let me know 🙂

Generate press
Opens a screen on the side where asks to upload. But when you click nothing happensJanuary 7, 2015 at 3:49 pm #62643Tom
Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperThis would happen if there was a javascript error on the page somewhere, most likely caused by another plugin.
Can you try deactivating all non-GP plugins, and see if it works?
If it works, activate your plugins one by one, until it stops working.
Then you’ll know which plugin is causing the issue.
Let me know 🙂

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperAre you using a modern browser? (Chrome, Firefox).
If so, you can send me temporary admin access to support@generatepress.com and I can personally take a look 🙂

How can I send you my login safe? Here is very exposed.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperDefinitely don’t post it here.
You can create a new, temporary admin account, and email me details to support@generatepress.com.
Then when I’m done, delete that temporary account.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperLooks like you were using an old version of GP (1.1.3, we’re on 1.2.4 now).
I updated, and it seems to be working now 🙂
Let me know if you have any other questions.
