I have the Premium add-on package and all add-ons enabled. I’ve also added background images to the header, body, and footer areas. Everything looks great in Firefox, but they are not showing in Safari or iOS8. I was thinking it may just be background images, but a Facebook log on one of my pages is not showing either (that’s the only normal image I have). I’ve yet to troubleshoot a successful answer, even after disabling all 3rd party plugins. Any ideas?January 6, 2015 at 1:05 am #62019TomLead DeveloperLead Developer
The URL to the background image is: https://s15428176.onlinehome-server.com/qns/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Caricature_edit1.jpg
When I try to access that URL – it doesn’t work.
You may need to re-set your background images so they use the updated URL.
The reason you may be seeing it still is it may be cached in your browser.
Let me know 🙂January 6, 2015 at 11:41 am #62236Prentice Tyndall
Thanks a bunch! Simply deleting the images and re-uploading did the trick (I think).January 6, 2015 at 5:00 pm #62366TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperJanuary 7, 2015 at 1:42 pm #62633Maria Iolanda Tavares

Is the plugin installed and activated?
If so, you should see a “Background Images” panel in “Appearance > Customize”.

Opens a screen on the side where asks to upload. But when you click nothing happensJanuary 7, 2015 at 3:49 pm #62643TomLead DeveloperLead Developer
Can you try deactivating all non-GP plugins, and see if it works?
If it works, activate your plugins one by one, until it stops working.
Then you’ll know which plugin is causing the issue.

deactivated all did not work. How can you help me?January 7, 2015 at 6:36 pm #62683TomLead DeveloperLead Developer
Are you using a modern browser? (Chrome, Firefox).
If so, you can send me temporary admin access to email@example.com and I can personally take a look 🙂January 8, 2015 at 6:07 am #62820Maria Iolanda Tavares
How can I send you my login safe? Here is very exposed.January 8, 2015 at 10:08 am #62841TomLead DeveloperLead Developer
Definitely don’t post it here.
You can create a new, temporary admin account, and email me details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Then when I’m done, delete that temporary account.January 8, 2015 at 10:59 am #62867TomLead DeveloperLead Developer
Looks like you were using an old version of GP (1.1.3, we’re on 1.2.4 now).
I updated, and it seems to be working now 🙂
Let me know if you have any other questions.January 8, 2015 at 11:27 am #62877Maria Iolanda Tavares
