    Hi,

My logo is jumping when the main nav is clicked – to see this, please click on each main nav itemt. The jumping is different on different link clicks.

I’ve read the forum and tried:

    – clearing the cache –
    – switching off Lazy Loading – currently off
    – adding recommended CSS on forum
    – tried in two browsers: Firefox and Chrome, the latter with a clean cache.

I’ll add login details below as you need to be logged in to view the site (in construction).

    Thanks for your help!

    Giselle

    Hi Giselle,

I just clicked all the menu items in Chrome browser but was not able to see the issue you described.

    Here’s what I see:

Have you tried another device? Let me know!

    Hi Ying,

Apologies for the late reply. Yes, I’ve tried in Chrome and Firefox and the same problem happens in both on desktop. I’m assuming you were also logged in?!

    Thanks,

    Giselle

Yes, your site requires users to log in to be seen.

My computer is Mac, I wonder if that’s where the difference coming from.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for getting back.

It seems to have stopped! Possibly a CSS error now fixed?

    Thanks for your help.

I’ll close this ticket and reopen if it happens again.

    Thanks,

    Giselle

It sounds like a CSS caching issue.
It maybe that your ISP / Router had cached some bad CSS. And that has now cleared.

Let us know if it happens again.
