[Resolved] Different Mobile Elements Than What I Built?

I’m working on a site. I have specified the color of a background. It’s gold.

But when I look on mobile, it’s the default color of the site library template.

So I go into the “mobile” view in WP dashboard for the page, and specify the color–it is still blue.

I don’t know why this is happening–please help me figure out why it is pulling this default color!
