Different Mobile Elements Than What I Built?

I'm working on a site. I have specified the color of a background. It's gold.
But when I look on mobile, it's the default color of the site library template.
So I go into the "mobile" view in WP dashboard for the page, and specify the color--it is still blue.
Here is what it looks like in mobile:

Gold!
I don't know why this is happening--please help me figure out why it is pulling this default color!

Hi there,
that Container Block, if you select it and go to Advanced > Additional CSS Class(es) you will see it has the reverse-bg class. Which is changing the blocks background. Remove that, and it will display the one you see in the editor.
