There was a script in the htacces: # Force trailing slash <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} /+[^\.]+$ RewriteRule ^(.+[^/])$ %{REQUEST_URI}/ [R=301,L] </IfModule> Removed that.
