I just renewed my generatepress license
I have a problem with my website https://grupoculto.com/ the logo does not appear nor the images of the Footer nor the menu but it does appear when I give to editCustomer Support

Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to test first?
And keep the plugins disabled even if it nothing changes.
Please activate the parent theme if you are using a child theme as well.

Also, your entire site is built with Beaver Builder and none of the content on the linked page is coming from GeneratePress.
I would recommend checking with Beaver Builder’s support team.
