I am testing the features on a spare domain that I have. I noticed that I am getting an extra section on the top which I am unable to remove.

You can use the Disable element module to disable the Content Title:

The majority of sites in our Site Library are built with GenerateBlocks. Apart from those with the Elementor or Beaver Builder logos and few other exceptions like Dispatch.
So in the majority yes you can edit the sites withe GenerateBlocks.
I have used an external plugin to create a FAQ section on my experimental domain majesticabodes.com
I am unable to change the title font size. Please guide me on how I can do it.
