Hi,
I’m writing to check if the 40% discount is still offered to existing customers on the annual renewal plan?
Currently in my account, I don’t see the 40% being applied when I go to the check out page.Can you please help with this?

With that said, we will be having a Black Friday sale that will likely include a license key renewal discount.
Ah I see. Unfortunately my license expires before Black Friday (24th Nov).
So if I don’t renew by then, a bunch of things on my site might stop working because they are part of the Premium set up, wouldn’t it?Do you have or plan on having any discounts on the Lifetime Subscription?

Hi there,
an expired license simply means you won’t receive updates or access to premium support. All existing GP Premium functions will continue to work on your site. So if you want to wait until black friday to renew or upgrade then you can. And we have yet to decide on lifetime discounts but yes we generally offer them on black friday.
