Surely, I’m working with small containers, but so it’s not a really comfortable working in the backend. I’m using gutenberg blocks. Are there possibilities to change the width in the backend? November 2, 2022 at 12:01 pm #2398878 LeoStaff Customer Support Hi Gerald, Since the last update of generatepress I have a problem with the width of backend. We haven’t had this issue report yet but it definitely shouldn’t happen. Any chance you can start a staging site and keep all plugins disabled for us to take a look? Let me know 🙂 November 2, 2022 at 12:27 pm #2398905 Gerald Oh, I have a problem to disable all plugins. See notice below: November 2, 2022 at 12:29 pm #2398907 LeoStaff Customer Support Oh, I have a problem to disable all plugins. See notice below: Unfortunately it’s impossible to identify the issue by simply looking at the name of the plugins or screenshots. Can you start a staging site so we can go through some debugging steps? We haven’t had any other reports on this (should’ve heard it by now with such an obvious issue) and I’m not able to replicate it on my install. Let me know 🙂 November 2, 2022 at 12:34 pm #2398911 Gerald Sorry, I don’t know, how to start a staging site. How to manage this? November 2, 2022 at 12:35 pm #2398913 LeoStaff Customer Support Most of the major hosting services offer staging service for free – can you check with your hosting service first? November 2, 2022 at 12:46 pm #2398920 Gerald My german provider doesn’t offer the possibilty of a staging site. Is it possible to send you a screenshot of the problem? November 2, 2022 at 12:57 pm #2398934 LeoStaff Customer Support Screenshots for issues like this one simply don’t help to identify the cause, unfortunately. Maybe you can start a new install and duplicate the current install there with a plugin like Duplicator? https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ November 2, 2022 at 1:02 pm #2398942 Gerald It seems, I solved the problem by changing the container width and margins with the customizer. Thanks for your help! November 2, 2022 at 1:43 pm #2398983 LeoStaff Customer Support In that case, the issue should’ve been on the front end as well as the back end. Glad you resolved it anyways 🙂 Author Posts Viewing 10 posts - 1 through 10 (of 10 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic. Log In Username: Password: Keep me signed in Log In
