Hey Guys,
Whenever I get to a page on my website it’s mostly fine, but for a short period of time I get this buggy screen.

Is there some sort of issue with the theme?
I want to make sure this isn’t just on my end. I’ve cleared the local and server cache.

Hi Jack,
This shouldn’t be caused by the theme. Can you try #1 here and see how it goes?: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/

I ended up finding the issue Fernando,
I had Remove Unused CSS enabled on my optimization plugin. I tested the unused css feature in both flyingpress and perfmatters one by one to see if it worked fine in one of the two. Both showed a visual issue and I disabled the feature.
Thing is, this has been happening since I had a fresh install with just generatepress and then one plugin, flyingpress, with unused css enabled. So I know it’s not the template causing the issue, but it could be a possible conflict with the theme, generateblocks, or gp premium with unused css.
Side note: I cleared my client side cache, object cache, and browser side cache (perfmatters, flyingpress depending on the one enabled) each time I tested. I also used browser stack to confirm for me.

Would it be possible to replicate the issue on your end? A fresh wordpress install with GeneratePress, Generate Blocks, and GP Premium, with unused css enabled on perfmatters or flyingpress.
It would be a very short time that only the “Critical CSS” would show on the page and everything would look like the screenshot provided above.
The only other plugin I had enabled would be my redis object cache from Rocket, but an object cache is a must for my site, and it would be a huge issue for me if redis wasn’t enabled.

I see.
From experience(working before for a different theme as well), I find that Optimization tools like Removing Unused CSS and Merging/Combination of JS files, often times cause issues regardless of the theme used.
