[Resolved] Access to GenerateBlocks support

Purchased GenerateBlocks to help with layout. Previously I have used elementor but want to move to something faster. Anyways, I requested access to the GenerateBlocks support system but my account needs to be approved – and have been waiting a week for that email.

My question I would post there is when do you use local patterns vs reusable guttenbergblock. There seems to be a lot of ways to add templated stuff and I get confused about what to make: an Element, a Pattern, A Shape, An Icon, Ruseable block.

If I have something that is constant and static and in the same place, I would use an element (appearance > elements)
If I have something like a page hero section where the content may change, what should I use?
If I have something I want to be reused and universally updated when a change is made, what should I use?
