    Hi Dan,

To alter/remove the content of the 404 page, you can create a Block Element – Content Template with a display location of 404 Template.

    Example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruoNyXz

    Hope this helps!

No, you’ll just need to select Content Template as the Element types, and the Display Rule location to 404 template.

Example without the Block Element – Content Template: https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quzWNQ8

With the Block Element – Content Template: https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8um7lPQ

Can you try clearing any caching mechanism set in your website?

Can you also share the link to the site in question?

Thank you for sharing the link to your site!

While looking at a 404 page, say this Link, can you hover on Elements in the admin bar and check if the Content Template is showing there?

    Example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/KoujDnn6

If not, can you double check the Block Element you’ve created if the Element Type is correct or if the Location display is correct?

Perhaps you can also give us temporary access to your site so we can investigate further?
