    Hi

    I see there’s quite a few similar posts on this and suspect that there’s a block on my server’s IP address at the GP & GB license server.

    I can’t get GeneratePress Premium or GenerateBlocks Pro licenses activated at all.

    The server IP here is 188.166.173.181

    I haven’t had this problem before.

    I can see the “forbidden” messages using the debugger:

    That worked when applied to the child theme functions file.

    I assume I need to raise a similar request in the Generate Blocks Pro support forum and that also seems to be still blocked?

    Hey Gordon,

    GenerateBlocks doesn’t have a secondary API at the moment. However, I checked with our hosting and that IP was indeed blocked. It should be good to go now 🙂
