I have tried to import the “Shop” from the site library. I also tried a few others just to see what would happen. They are all getting stuck at the “Gathering Information” step. I’ve tried it on two different test sites. I have deactivated plugins, have most recent versions etc. I am not getting any errors just keeps spinning.
Any idea what could be wrong?

There was an issue earlier today but this should be fixed already for everyone.
Can you try importing again? Let us know how it goes. 🙂
