I want to add an element using the hook
woocommerce_review_order_before_shippingbut I couldn’t find it in the Settings > Hook > dropdown. So I went to Element > Add Hook > Custom Hook Name, but nothing happened.How can I add a custome hook please? Thank you.

Hmm the third screenshot shows there isn’t any content.
Having just the
<a>tag wouldn’t display anything.Yes it’s an anchor link not suppose to display anything…
