    Hello team! I am having issues with my homepage video. The client has requested it plays on a loop on the home page — with no visible controls. It look fab on the desktop but doesn’t work on mobile.

    I’ve read lots that suggests it’s the autoplay feature that’s causing the issue… I’m a real visual designer — rather than code — so this has me flummoxed.

    Please can you help!

    Hi there,

    in the Video Block settings you must enable:
    Autoplay
    Loop
    Muted
    Plays Inline

    Those are the necessary settings for it to work on mobile.

    Browsers won’t autoplay a video if there is sound.
