Does GeneratePress run the latest version of PHP?

I recently switched hosting providers and ran into problems because their system uses 5.5 and they said GP was using outdated PHP.

Is this something to be concerned about?

I test GP with everything from PHP 5.3 to php 7 before every release.

Definitely no “outdated php” – sounds like their support was just looking for something to blame 🙂
