The logo is showing up fine on desktop but on mobile/tablet, the hamburger menu appears but no logo. I didn’t change anything/edit anything that would have done this. Any insight on how to get that logo to show up? It’s set under Site Identity and Layout – Header. Thanks! https://mammothrealestateblog.com/

    Hi Jessica,

That is the mobile header logo. Can you make sure it’s uploaded in the customizer?

Or you might want one in the header element as well:

If this doesn’t help, can you disable your caching plugin or SG optimizer so I can inspect the code better?

    Thanks!

    Hi Jessica,

Could you try to remove the mobile logo from the page hero? Let me know.

Hi Ying, I’m not sure what you mean by removing it from the page hero – would that be under Home Page Empty Header?

And Leo, I have mobile logos uploaded in both of those sections.

The other thing is that it shows up fine when I’m logged in, but when I look at the mobile version on my phone or in an incognito Chrome browser, the logo is nowhere to be found.

    Thanks!

The issue is from this CSS:

Could you purge your cache and deactivate your cache plugin so that I can see where it’s coming from?

Hi Ying, I just deactivated my SG Optimizer caching plugin and that fixed it. Should I go to Siteground support in that case since that’s causing the issue? Thanks so much!

    You are welcome!

If you activate the plugin the issue persists, then I would recommend reaching out to their support 🙂

Not sure what they did to fix it, but they did – it was definitely an SG Optimizer issue. Thanks for your help figuring that out, Ying! I’ll start deactivating that plugin every time I have an issue now. 🙂

Cache is hard to deal with sometimes and always remember to clear cache after making changes to the site 🙂
