Kevin
Hi,
I have made some changes to the site header and primary navigation menu through customization. Now, I am facing a problem with page header height. When we load a page, the header set with extra height and after few seconds the height becomes normal.
Can you please help me to resolve the problem?

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
can you temporarily disable your Lazy Loader as i believe the issue is with the Logo being lazy loaded. If thats the case the you can add this PHP Snippet to exclude the Logo from lazyloading:
add_filter( 'jetpack_lazy_images_blacklisted_classes', 'bbloomer_exclude_custom_logo_class_from_lazy_load', 999, 1 ); function bbloomer_exclude_custom_logo_class_from_lazy_load( $classes ) { $classes[] = 'is-logo-image'; return $classes; }January 1, 2021 at 9:37 pm #1602193Kevin
Hi David,
Thanks for your reply.
The lazy loader is already disabled and yet to enable on my site. Please check the below image

StaffCustomer SupportOk – you also have W3 Total Cache which is lazy loading the images.
I believe that has an option to Exclude words from a tag….. you can addis-logo-imageto that list to exclude the logoJanuary 2, 2021 at 4:19 am #1602410Kevin
Hi David,
Yes, you are correct. The lazy load is the problem. The problem solved after disable the lazy load and your suggestion also works fine.
Meanwhile, if it is possible, can your team review my site and provide suggestions to improve the performance of the site. I have another site (https://morgantechspace.com) with GeneratePress which performs well. but this site (https://specrosoft.com) very slow to load. Also, I need suggestions on the plugins that I have used (ex: W3 Total Cache). If needed, I will create another thread.
Thanks for your support.
