On my blog pages the titles are centered and look normal:
    https://byasiya.com/2020/05/spiralized-zucchini-pad-thai/

But on PAGES the titles are off. What controls this and how do I change this?
    https://byasiya.com/yoga/

Also for containers, this page is full: https://byasiya.com/yoga/
    whereas this is contained: https://byasiya.com/contact/
In the block system, both are in containers so I don’t understand how to change this. Any help would be appreciated.

Also- Why would one use 1 container verses many? Im trying to understand What the advantage would be to use many.

    Hi there,

ok so your pages have their page builder container set to Full Width:

    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-builder-container/

Which is correct if you want to add Containers that have full width backgrounds or content.
Leave that set as Full Width 🙂

Now select a Container Block and look for the Inner Container setting ( in settings sidebar ):

    https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/container-overview/#general-options

Change the Inner Container to Contained.
Now your content is contained, but the containers background color or image will be full width.

The main use of multiple Container Blocks is to divide your page into ‘sections’.
