Hi,
How can I use GeneratePress or WP Posts to display latest pages based on a tag? See the URL to understand what I mean.

Hi there,
you can add Category and Tag archives to your Menu. Just make sure in Appearance > Menus –> Screen Options you have Categories and Tags enabled.
For WP Show Posts – each List you can select a Taxonomy > Tag -> Tag Slug.
