Hi recently I’m having problems with GP Premium Version update: 1.9.1
Actually, the plugin is stopped at version 1.8.3 and every time I try to update from the wordpress Dashaboard this error comes up:
Update failed: The download failed. UnauthorizedMy license was updated one month before the deadline and the deadline is November 26th 2020.
I await information
Thanks

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
can you make sure the License is activated in Appearance > GeneratePress.
If the license key is visible just hit save a couple of times. Then retry the update.
If still an issue download thee latest zip from Account > Downloads, remove the old plugin and install the new.

The license was already present in Aspetto => GeneratePress.
I saved a couple of times as you suggested and was able to upgrade GP Premium to 1.9.1Thanks David

Hi there,
Is version 1.9.1 stable? Does it support WordPress version 5.3?
If yes, WordPress is unable to determine compatibility.

Hi there Leo,
When attempting to update the GeneratePress Premium plugin to version 1.9.1 from 1.8.3, it appears that WordPress continues to be maintenance mode and the plugin remains on version 1.8.3.
Interestingly, the GeneratePress theme updates successfully to version 2.4.1 as does MenuIcons from 0.11.5 to 0.12.2.
The only warning that is displayed appears to be specific to WordPress. Please see screenshots.

StaffCustomer SupportHmm we haven’t had this issue reported. Maybe some issues specific to your install.
Can you try updating manually?
