Howdy!
I have recently added a new site and received the following notice. I believe this happened earlier this month on another one of my sites but not sure. Here is the message:
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, GP Premium.
First, visit your website (https://www.store.thecatholictravelguide.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.store.thecatholictravelguide.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.3
Current theme: GeneratePress (version 2.4.0)
Current plugin: GP Premium (version 1.9.0)
PHP version 7.2.24November 25, 2019 at 11:43 am #1076816TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
Is there a specific error that happened you can share with us? Maybe in your error_log file? Are you noticing anything wrong with your site?
Let me know π

That is very strange. We haven’t had this issue reported by others.
Do you get the same error with all plugins disabled except GP Premium?
If so can you try disabling each module and see if the error is triggered by a certain module?

November 25, 2019 at 12:40 pm #1076902CRISTOwell everything began when I created a woocommerce site. My main site at thecatholictravelguide.com is fine. I recently added a sub-domain for a woocommerce site. I can login to that site https://store.thecatholictravelguide.com/wp-admin/ but then cannot make any changes….it takes me to a standard wordpress login page even though I am already logged in. I have my host…lightningbase…checking as well but no solution yet.

November 25, 2019 at 5:03 pm #1077163CRISTOYes, it is. But again, it may be a one-time thing. It all relates to my creating a new sub-domain with a woocommerce shopping site. So probably nothing to do with generate press…will let you know if it is.
