How can I restore it back to its original settings? November 15, 2019 at 5:07 pm #1064486 LeoStaff Customer Support Hi there, Which CSS file are you referring to? GP doesn’t back up your CSS for you. I would recommend checking with your host to see if they have auto backup. November 15, 2019 at 5:50 pm #1064496 Michael I’m talking about the additional css tab under customize. When I first installed my theme, this had some code in it I was messing with. Now it is blank. November 15, 2019 at 5:51 pm #1064497 LeoStaff Customer Support Did you import a site from our library? https://generatepress.com/site-library/ If so which site? November 15, 2019 at 6:05 pm #1064502 Michael I did, and my site is: https://myonlinejourney.siterubix.com/ November 15, 2019 at 6:07 pm #1064505 LeoStaff Customer Support Hmm currently it looks like a completely fresh install so I can’t tell which site was imported. Did you have some existing content in it already? If so again I’d recommend checking with your host support to see if they have an auto-backup file. There isn’t anything we can do from our end unfortunately. November 15, 2019 at 6:15 pm #1064511 Michael No this was a dummy site I was using to mess around with the theme. I’ve tried creating a new site too but still there’s no code in css tab. November 15, 2019 at 6:31 pm #1064512 LeoStaff Customer Support By default, there is no code in the Additional CSS field in the customizer on a fresh install. The CSS you saw was likely imported when you imported a site from our site library: https://generatepress.com/site-library/ Maybe you’ve reset your site since the import? Then the CSS would get erased too. Let me know if this helps 🙂 November 15, 2019 at 8:20 pm #1064550 Michael This helped thank you very much. 🙂 November 15, 2019 at 9:37 pm #1064562 LeoStaff Customer Support No problem 🙂 Author Posts Viewing 10 posts - 1 through 10 (of 10 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
