Bill
Hi All, I posted earlier in the FB group
I updated WordPress to 5.3 and GP to 1.9 this morning. Now when I insert a header H2 etc. it won’t take the styling from the Customizer. Any ideas?
Upon further use it appears to show correctly now in preview and online post, but not when editing. When editing it does not reflect the font, size or color. Works in the end but irritating when editing.
Thanks

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Can you clear Autopimize cache and disable it so I can see the source of the code?
Make sure to disable all other caching plugins if you are using any.
Let me know 🙂

StaffCustomer SupportWhere can I see an example of the issue?
I’m looking at this and it seems to be working normally:

I’m pretty sure it originally looked like this in preview too. But not 100% sure as I was going “what in the world is going on?” But it is now working in preview. But not when editing as it used to.
This is the edit view below

StaffCustomer SupportCan you disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any unknown plugin conflicts?
Let me know 🙂

Disabled everything except for GP. No change.
The front end page is showing correctly. And this is happening in the editor now, but it should still pass on the styles in the editor, right?November 16, 2019 at 8:57 am #1064963Leo
StaffCustomer SupportIt definitely should.
I’m not able to replicate the problem on my end.
Can you send me the dashboard login with all plugins disabled so I can take a look?
