One page does not follow my layout definitions.

Here’s the Good Page containing widgets
and here’s the Bad page containing blocks with html and shortcode stuff but fully functional.

How can I force the bad page to obey?

Setting up the bad page from the scratch breaks the functionality ๐Ÿ™

    Hi there,

that page has the Full Width container enabled.
Edit the page and check the PageBuilder options under the Layout Meta Box:

    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-metabox-overview/

Make sure that is set to default.

    Hi David

Fortunately the pagebuilder options have been set to default already.

    Cheers.

    Nope. Do you need access?

Can you clear the autoptimize cache and then disable the plugin and let me take another look.
Whilst developing a site or making large edits it is best to leave autoptimize ( or any cache plugins ) switched off.

Thanks David. I will do this from now on, in case of larger edits. Unfortunately there is no change. But David. It’s not that important. Let’s leave it with that, okay?

Thats really odd – what happens if you create a new page for it?

Hi David. It will be not the first time you read this. I can’t reproduce this strange behaviour. Even more. I sorted every thing. I created a new page and now the layout definitons are visible.

Many thanks for your time and your thoughts.
