Refund Policy

At GeneratePress, we want you to be 100% happy with our theme. If you have any technical or sales related questions, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel GP Premium is not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

Simply contact us for a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Please note that the 30 day period begins from the date of your first purchase. This policy does not include license renewals or additional purchases after you’ve already been refunded. 

We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve. Please include your account ID so we can issue a refund as soon as possible.

Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But Stripe or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
