Zoom on background image to match WP Show Posts

Hi,

I have GeneratePress Premium with WP Show Posts Pro.

In the WP Show Posts, I created 3 recent blog posts with zoom on hover for the background image.

I am then using Content Template in the GeneratePress Elements to create a similar look for the Blog Archive. It all looks very good with the only difference being that I am not able to work out how to make the background zoomable in the Content Template to match WP Show Posts.

Also, I notice that in the WP Show Posts the entire container is a link whereas in the Content Template is only the title. Is that something that can also be done in the content template?

The WP Show Posts are at the bottom of every post + front page.

Any help is appreciated. I have searched the forum and whilst there are similar questions, no one seems to be addressing my issue.
