How do I change page-hero padding?

I'm trying to remove the page-hero top padding from the Zeal template. The default 10% pushes the CTA below the fold and makes the page look lopsided.
I can make the change within the browser developer tools, but not in WordPress itself. It's not in the custom CSS or hero elements either. Where do I find this setting?
