We’d like to embed a youtube video in the hero section of a site and would like it to play automatically and loop. We see how to do this if we host the video ourselves or if we use vimeo, but what are the alternatives if we use YouTube as the video source? Do you have any plugin recommendations?

Are you adding any content on top of the video ie using as a background video?
yes we would have some test over it most likely so we are envisioning it as a background video
I can also share with you the ip address so you can make a host file entry if there is a way for me to share it privately
There is currently no solution to use a YouTube video as a background video in the header element unfortunately.
yes I knew there wasnt an inherent solution but was just wondering if yall had a plugin you recommended to use to support a YT video in the top page section. Like rev slider or something. thanks
Unfortunately I’m not aware of a plugin that offers this functuonality.
