I update the theme today and now my menu does not display correctly and it removed my logo. When I try to upload my logo nothing happens and as for the menu, it does not work. I recreated the menu but the links do not work.

I also tried to edit a page to remove the sidebar, and it would show the change in the editor but not on the live page the sidebar was still there.

How can this be fixed? I have provided access to my site.

Oh, I forgot to mention the links in my footer menu work fine it’s the top menu that has the issue.

    Hi there,

I don’t believe the issues are caused by the updates as there were no changes in header and menu etc.
We also haven’t received other reports on this.

Have you tried #1 here to eliminate conflicts from elsewhere?

The menu issue is because no links are added. Looks like you added the label text as the link?

I will do a debug when I get back to the office. As for the menu the links have been added.

I first added links to the menu by picking the pages, saving and when I tested the menu the links never worked.

I then created custom links and added those to the menu saved it and still the links do not work.

    What would cause that?

    I’m not sure unfortunately.

Keep in mind that the menu builder is a WP core feature and the theme doesn’t have the ability to cause any issues.

If you’ve gone through the documentation linked above and confirmed that everything is set up correctly, then you will need to go through the debugging tests.

    Let me know 🙂

You are correct it is not a theme issue, it is a server (hosting) issue which I am working on. You can close this thread.
