[Support request] yoast seo does not work

the yoast seo does not work for me, I go inside the articles to tell me what I need to improve and nothing appears, I go inside the yoast seo configuration, and it won’t let me check any box. Instead I go to the list of written articles and if the traffic light appears.
On the other hand, my editor works perfectly

Have you checked with YoastSEO’s support or eliminate any conflicts from other plugins?

It doesn’t sound like a theme related issue.
