Yoast breadcrumbs issues

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but maybe someone here can help.
Recently, I’ve reassigned some of my posts to subcategories. Problem is, I don't see the full path in Yoast breadcrumbs. So instead of Home > Category > Subcategory > Post title, I get Home > Category > Post title.
Additionally, in some articles, I noticed that Yoast is showing the wrong categories (I do change their names from time to time).
Does anyone have experience with these problems?

this is really a question for Yoast support - BUT you may want to read this first and check to see if it is do with their Primary Category option:
