Hi, I´d like to know if GP and GP Premium depend on XMLRPC.PHP file, so, if I rename it can be a problem in my Generate Press instalation.

No, GeneratePress doesn't depend on that file.
Instead of re-naming it, you may want to look at just blocking access to it via your server.
