Wrap post title with 20px padding

I've created this page hero with Gen Blocks and was wondering if there is a way I can wrap all post headings with 20px padding. At the moment I have made the underlying container a certain width to accommodate all headings, but I only need it to wrap the size of the post title.

I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean.
Any particular reason why the padding has to be on the wrapper? If it's for the background color, you can add the background color directly to the Headline Block's color options and add the padding there as well.
