Hello

I am using WPML to translate a site . How can I translate the text in the custom footer?

In this location from the Dashboard:
Appearance -> Footer -> Copyright

You should be able to translate that option directly inside WPML, as it's included in our wpml-config file.

I'm not 100% sure how they handle theme options though - have you checked with their support?
