[Support request] WPML excerpt issue on the page

Dear Support,

Wordpress 6.2
I only installed and activated WPML and Generateblock plugins.
Site library: Info

Everything showed well except the excerpt on the translated page.
1. Generated the translated page by WPML function: copied content.
2. The excerpt length setting is not work on translated page. It is normal at the original page.
3. Checked the HTML code and setting in the page editor. I cannot find any difference.

Hello Chit, I hope you are doing ok. I think that’s related to how PHP handles Chinese/Japanese characters.

Can you provide me with the exact same content you have on the video? And also the configuration for the Headline block for the excerpt.
