    Hi Support-Team / Forum Members,

I am using WP-Toolset PlugIns: Layouts / Views / Types for my customer website projects.
For a very specific customer webdesign I need to implement an individual Header Layout.

In any cases if I using any kind of WP-PlugIns which are providing sidebar or widget functionality and I assign Visual Composer content to this sidebar or widget area – inside the Toolset Layout rows – I get a layout design issue:

the VC content is not shown in column design it’s shown as item list!!!

I user customer website project with other Theme frameworks this implementation conecpt is working very well. Thus this generic issue, the GeneratePress Theme is currently not usable for me at all.
I think this is a more fundamental issue, which probably requires a little expert “hack” to solve it.

I can provide you screenshots & the list of Sidebar/Widget WP-PlugIns I have tested it.

Thanks very much for your support & assistance.
    Best regards

    Hi there,

I’m not quite sure you mean unfortunately. Can you explain a bit more on what’s not working?

You can upload screenshots to a site like this: https://postimages.org/

    Let us know 🙂

Hmm I’m not seeing the issue yet – sorry!

Can you show me what it looks like on other themes vs. what it looks like in GP?

    Hi Tom,

Thanks very much for your attention.

Please sorry for my impatience & slight annoyance, but I do not understand why the issue is not clear … instead of a horizontal representation of the content/pictures, I get a vertical output of the content/pictures … all VC required shortcode elements are not “processed” by the GP theme correctly. But it easily works in other WP-Themefameworks [Genesis, Ultimatum-Theme, ElegantTheme, etc.] via widgets / sidebar elements.

I see now, I didn’t see that content before.

So the HTML markup is all there, but there’s no CSS loading to actually place them in a horizontal row. The theme itself can’t supply the CSS, so it has to come from VC.

Are you using any caching plugins? Server caching? Cloudflare?

You can switch to another theme if you like so I can see it working.
