wp_head category problem

Try temporarily removing everything from wp_head. If it fixes it, add things back one by one until it breaks again.
I cut everything but nothing happened.
Any chance you can send me temporary admin login details?: https://generatepress.com/contact/
Hmm, is there any way you disable each of your plugins one by one to see if one of them is causing the issue?
I sent you admin credentials through email. Do that, if you think you have to.
I have a rule where I don't actually alter anything inside the sites people send me access to - I just use the access to double-check settings etc..
It would be great if you could disable each plugin one by one and check to see if it goes away. You can re-activate them immediately after if deactivating doesn't fix it, then move onto the next plugin.
Hello, Tom!
Can you help me? I deactivated all the plugins, deleted the php from hooks and still, the category names are still there.
So nothing changed when all of your plugins were deactivated? We haven't received another report of this in 4 months, so there must be something specific going on with your install.
You can make a staging site in a sub-folder using a plugin like Duplicator if you like: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
Then I can log in and deactivate stuff without affecting your live site.
I used the plugin and it failed to create a package.
Try this one: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/
If that doesn't work, it might be worth asking your hosting to make sure one of the plugins work so you can create a staging site.
