WP Show Posts padding

All of a sudden WP Show Posts is having a padding issue. I only use it on my homepage - on mobile, it doesn't show any padding, and on desktop, the photos are fine but the title is not padded.
What CSS do I need to have some padding on the sides?

how has your home page been constructed ? As the content of the page is not part of the main content ?
I have a content-only Layout (no sidebars) with a Page Hero where I added the Show Posts shortcode that shows my latest 3 posts. I don't know why all of a sudden it doesn't show any padding because I haven't changed anything.
And how did you add the WP Show Posts Shortcode ? Is it in the Page Editor or in the Page Hero ?
In the Page Hero
OK, remove it from there, and edit the actual home page and insert the Shortcode there.
