WP Show Posts Image Not Displaying

Hi There,
I'm using WP Show Posts on this page and most of the images work fine, but there's one that's not showing up for some reason. Anyone know why this one particular image isn't displaying properly?

Can you disable Autoptimize as well - as i am still seeing the lazy loader - thx
OK, Autoptimize disabled as well.

Yes! I turned both Autoptimize and Lazy Load back on, and the image is appearing perfectly. Not sure how, but it appears to be all good now. Thanks for following up.
