WP Show Posts - How to skip the 5 most recent posts and show only posts after?

Is there a setting or php code that can prevent WP Show Posts from showing the last 5 most recent posts and just starting showing posts after the last 5 recent posts? Basically I want to exclude the 5 most recent posts.
