WP Show Posts: How to duplicate List Simple?

Hi,
I'm trying to duplicate the WP Show Posts List Simple, with Title on the image. So, I created a new list, with the same options. However, I can't put the title on the picture, only above or below the image. How can I do this?

[wp_show_posts name="Top"]
