WP Show Posts - Display tags in meta data

Hello GP Friends,

Is it possible to display the post tags in the meta data, right after the category, when using WP Show Posts?

Also, I would like to change the divider in the meta data from a pipe "|" to a forward slash "/". Can that be done?
