WP Show Posts Breaking All Generatepress Themes?

Hello,
Trying to hire Mike to do some tweaks on one of our sites. He says he can't offer any services until a bug fix is implemented for the plugins Generatepress site library uses. Please advise...

The images not loading is a WP Show Posts bug that Tom was going to fix soon so until that's done I am not sure how much more I can help you since we don't have a realistic baseline currently.
GeneratePress is very fast out of the box, very well-chosen theme!

Where can I see that happening? I'm seeing the featured images on the home page.
I think it's a lazy load problem, that's why I tried to hire him. Mike says no.
Pretty much anywhere on the site in Firefox or Chrome.

I am seeing an error in the console related to jQuery request in your autoptimize combined JS.
What happens if you clear the autoptimize cache ?
NOTE: i am only seeing the issue in Chrome. FF and Safari working fine.
